DPF SERVICE
4 Hours
The DPF will be serviced to increase the performance, increase the engine stability, to protect the turbo from overheating and stops the seals from being damaged. The process we undertake is to first check the diagnostics on how far the DPF is blocked. We remove the DPF from the exhaust system.
DPF is soaked with 1st Level chemical – takes up to 2 hours to fully soak through. 2nd stage chemical is added which reacts with the 1st chemical and then the DPF is heated up to 600 degrees which breaks down the soot and clears it through the exhausts system once the vehicle has regenetrated. Most main dealers will try to persuade you to purchase a new DPF. Whereas some garages will say to remove it completely, not knowing that this will cause the car to instantly fail it’s next MOT.

GEARBOX SERVICE
3 Hours
Gearbox services improve your gearbox’s performance and the efficiency of the gear changes. For an automatic, we change the gearbox sump, sump filter, sump plug and the gearbox oil, usually about 9L. Whereas, a manual car will only need the gearbox oil replaced, and is usually about 2L of oil.
BRAKE FLUID SERVICE
1 Hour
This service is a change of the brake fluid, used to help function the brake calipers and make sure that the car begins to brake. If the caliper does not have an appropriate amount of brake fluid, then the caliper will not close against the brake disc and the car will not stop. Brake fluid transfers the pressure placed on the brake pedal, straight to the wheel hub causing the caliper to press against the discs causing the pads to rub against the disc and making the car stop. There is usually 2 brake pads in the brake caliper, one at the front and one at the rear of each brake disc.
OIL SERVICE
1 Hour
This is the first great service that we offer and is a replacement of the oil filter and oil change. We use Castrol Edge 5W-30 Fully Synthetic oil and a genuine OE quality German oil filter.
