I have been to a lot of places in the past from show rooms to friends who has referred me to the garage they use and can say MBM is definitely been my top experience.
The staff there are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and make you feel welcomed and not to mention honest.
My car feels as good as new after the repair and their price was really good too.
What really impressed me the most was the fact that after fixing my main problem, I was about to leave but they reminded me of a minor issue that I had mentioned to them at the start of our conversation and after the mechanic looked at it, it literally took him 1 min to fix.
During the fix, they had explained to me everything in detail which gave me a clear understanding of the issue.
The fact that they also gave me a copy of the diagnostic report was very reassuring as other places would not do that.
I am also lucky as their address is not far from me although if say i moved away and had an issue on my car, I would come back to them.
I would like to say thank you to everyone there for my pleasant repair waiting experience.

Great service from this independent BMW specialist. Diagnostic check for intermittent misfire on my BMW E46 3 series was performed thoroughly and fault identified. Checks were carried out to confirm a replacement part would rectify the problem prior to any commitment of work and thus also avoiding any unnecessary cost.
Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
Would certainly recommend.

I brought my BMW 1 series 2008 into MBM Autohaus with the AA and they suspected it was a petrol flood in the engine. As soon as I got there the technicians and office staff weren’t too sure that it would be a flood as it is very uncommon. Within a day they had diagnosed it fully and were able to tell the problem (even though my car was a non-runner) and had said it was a timing kit replacement. They ordered the parts from the dealers and £575 is a competitive price. They even gave me a Petrol Injection Cleaner for my injectors free of charge for my wait. I now have full trust in these guys, but hopefully I won’t see them too soon haha.

I recently attempted to purchase a BMW M3 from a local retailer in Birmingham and after doing my research I found MBM AUTOHAUS. I spoke with Zahir on several times on the phone. Nothing was too much trouble in terms of asking questions etc. I didn’t eventually have the check because the retailer let me down. I was given a full refund the following day. I cannot rate this company any higher, excellent service!
